Firewood
Aside from the best mulch in the business, Mulch King also sells firewood, depending on availability.
The most common firewood is a standard Hot Mix Arbor Mix.
This consists of a general mix of hardwood and softwood, exotic and native trees.
We can’t specify what is in the mix at any stage, but it may include Plantation Pine, Old Man Pine, Causaurina, Poplar, Totara, Kauri, Maple, Norfolk, Cypress, Cedar, Rimu, Macrocarpa, and Oak, among many other varieties.
This shows the huge variety of logs that are brought in by our supplying arborists.
Hardwood and logs
Specific hardwoods, Pohutukawa, Puriri, Manuka, and Macrocarpa, in larger quantities, are ringed and split for the discerning customer who knows what he wants.
Some of these are specifically for BBQing and Smoking meat and fish, or Hangi.
Besides ringed or split firewood, Mulch King also supplies firewood logs.
Sometimes oversized logs, trunks, or stumps that I can’t be bothered to ring. These are usually given away for a Koha, or fundraiser. When you pick these up, you need at least a tandem trailer or truck. Delivery can also be arranged.
Don't waste your money on green mulch. This is the real deal. Well mixed and blended before delivery.
